Luxurious upmarket Llandudno holiday beach house with uninterrupted mountain & ocean views
The Beach House provides luxurious accommodation, and a wonderful garden complete with heated pool and swim jet. The clapboard house has been designed to cater for your every need: a relaxed atmosphere with oak floors throughout; clean styling for the interiors; large sliding doors that slip away to bring the sun and sea into the house. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The pool is perched right at the front of the garden overlooking the beach and set into a wooden deck. The walls are clad in granite pebbles taken from the garden and hand cut.
Cape Town pools can be freezing so we have installed solar heating and an automatic solar cover which is a useful safety feature if you have children.
We have the swim jet which can be set at various speeds to allow you to swim and go absolutely nowhere - but you can then justify a glass of wine or two! Failing that, put the children in at one end and watch them get propelled to the other end. The good news is that the swim jet can also be turned off!
You reach the house along a deck walkway from the drive and enter into the large, open plan ground floor with two seating areas, including a state of the art TV/DVD system. The large dining table seats ten or you could also choose to sit around the central island in the kitchen - if you do manage to find a kitchen anywhere in the world with better views please let us know! There is also a large sun room with fully retractable glass doors, complete with indoor BBQ, table and seating area.
On the first floor we have four large en suite bedrooms: three face the sea and beach and one the mountain. Glass sliding doors open to large balconies or, in one case, a terrace with a roof garden. We have four double beds of which two can be converted to twins. The views will take your breath away and no words or pictures will do justice to them.
Step outside the house and you enter a world of flowers, birds, sun and sea. A large terrace is perfect for that alfresco breakfast that no vacation should be without. There is also a lawn with sun loungers where you can watch the birds as they queue up to get to the sugar feeder. If the sun becomes too much, retreat to the shade and enjoy the peace and quiet. We love the flowers, we hope you will too. The plants and trees in the garden have largely been chosen to reflect the flora of The Western Cape but there are also plants to bring colour to the garden throughout the year.

Villa accommodation rates are the approximate price, for the entire villa, per night. In some cases longer stays or low occupancy may reduce the rate. Shorter stays and high occupancy may increase the rate.
