Llandudno lies nestled in a private and peaceful cove with one of the most secluded and beautiful Blue Flag Status beaches in Cape Town. There is no commercial activity which makes this area very private and exclusive. Camps Bay and Hout Bay are only a short drive away and offer a large variety of bars, restaurants and shops.
Come to a serene coastal village at the foot of Little Lion's Head Mountain and situated between Camps Bay and Hout Bay. It is 16km from Cape Town which gives this sanctuary its peaceful atmosphere, free of traffic and pollution. The beaches are clean with soft white sand and refreshing seawater. There is only one entrance into the area and 24-hour security / medical presence. If you heard that Cape Town has a laid-back atmosphere you aint seen nothing until you come and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul in one of the most beautiful places nature has provided.
Easy 6-minute walk to the beach.
The space
The house has two stories with three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom is en-suite.
The upstairs features an open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge with sweeping views of the ocean and the back of Table Mountain.
The balcony is accessed from the living room and master bedroom and is complete with a table + chairs and BBQ for grilling.
Secure parking for two cars is available in the attached garage. American security shutters keep the house safe and secure.
For families with small children, on request, the house includes a baby cot, high chair, toys, safety gate for the stairs and a jungle gym.

Communication was very easy, she was there for every question that we had. The house is THE perfect place to be, perfect location in a safe community, very spacious, very clean, very well looked after and the view is just stunning. Surf Inn was an amazing beautiful experience. House was clean and well organized, has everything you need. The views are spectacular it was so peaceful waking up to the beautiful surroundings. Lovely home for a big family vacation. Would definitely do it again.
