Nestled at the foot of Little Lion's Head Mountain, Llandudno is a serene coastal village situated between Hout Bay and Camps Bay, just 16km from the bustling Cape Town. This sanctuary offers a peaceful escape, free from traffic and pollution, where you can truly unwind.
With its clean, soft white sand and refreshing seawater, the beaches of Llandudno are perfect for rejuvenating the mind, body, and soul. Llandudno boasts two of Cape Town’s most secluded and beautiful Blue Flag Status beaches: Llandudno Beach and Sandy Bay Beach. The area remains private and exclusive, with no commercial activity to disrupt the tranquility.
There is only one entrance into Llandudno, which is monitored by 24-hour security and medical services. Yet, just a short drive away, the vibrant neighborhoods of Camps Bay and Hout Bay offer a variety of bars, restaurants, and shops, providing the best of both worlds.
The Upper Floor
This level offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a cozy occasional room with a single bed. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, a walk-in wardrobe, and access to a large balcony with breathtaking ocean views. You can often spot whales and dolphins frolicking in the waters.
The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom can be configured with either a king-size bed or two singles. These two bedrooms share a charming family bathroom equipped with a Victorian-style bathtub and an overhead shower.
The Lower Floor
Downstairs, you'll find an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area, all of which open onto the expansive deck. The deck features a raised swimming pool and a gas barbeque—perfect for outdoor entertaining.
For indoor leisure, there is a pool table and a cozy TV area. The kitchen is fully equipped with amenities, including a large gas stove, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, bar fridge, and espresso machine. A separate scullery with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher adds convenience.
A guest bathroom is located off the small study area. The home also includes WIFI and a security/alarm system. The indoor carport accommodates two cars for secure parking.

Our family Easter holiday at Water’s Edge proved to be a wonderful break. We all really enjoyed this very special house. The position was just amazing, and we would like to return again next year.
