The open plan lounge and dining area have concertina doors opening onto an expansive patio and splash pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-plate gas hob/electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The upstairs and downstairs patios provide the perfect setting to relax and take in the magnificent views of the beach. A double sided fireplace between the main lounge and TV lounge makes for cosy winters nights.
The separate TV lounge has a large flat-screen TV and modern entertainment facilities, doors leading out to the mountain. A separate children’s playroom has a flat-screen TV, toys and books to amuse the little ones.
The house boasts excellent security with inside
and outside beams, electric fence, armed response and mountain thermal camera.

Amazing! The StClair Villa was the perfect location! Everything was so beautiful and the ocean view was amazing! We really enjoyed the pool, such a safe, relaxing and fun atmosphere. The villa and landscaping is so well maintained, just gorgeous! From the furniture to all of the amenities, this beautiful house was spacious and comfortable for our whole family to enjoy.
