Sandy Bay Beach House is a residential home built in the 80’s and is positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of the Sandy Bay nature reserve and on the highest road in Llandudno, giving you one of the most breathtaking views in Cape Town.

The Sandy Bay nature reserve runs along the south side of the house and you are able to see the magnificent bird life from the comfort of this home, with a clear view all the way to Sandy Bay.

The pristine beaches are close by and the sunsets are spectacular and set directly in front of the house, making it the perfect place to enjoy sundowners on one of the terraces. There is also a pool area, which makes for great outdoor entertaining.

This two leveled home has four bedrooms with fantastic views from every room, all with en-suite bathrooms and a guest toilet. There is a large lounge and dining area with table seating for 12. This opens onto a glorious view of terraces with rim flow pool.

The kitchen has a glass conservatory that leads onto the pool area with an outdoor 10- seater table and a gas barbeque.

There is a separate laundry room.

About Llandudno
