This spacious villa is ideal for families or a group of friends. It has five bedrooms, each of which has a king or queen size bed, dedicated bathroom and access to the pool, garden and/or balcony.
Upstairs is the main living an dining area with a comfortable TV lounge, dining for 7 guests and a kitchen equipped with everything you may need to host a dinner party or make the perfect cup of coffee.
Sliding doors lead out onto a pool deck with sun loungers, a BBQ, outdoor furniture, dining for 10 and a lovely garden. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the spectacular views.
Downstairs is a second TV lounge with large bean bags, satellite television and a snooker table. The beach is only a short walk and is one of the more private beaches in the Mother City: Llandudno beach. For those who want to experience some local culture, there is a weekend market and restaurants in Hout Bay.
