Come to a serene coastal village on the foot of Little Lion's Head Mountain and situated between Llandudno and the Sandy Bay Nature Reserve. It is 16 Km from Cape Town which gives this sanctuary its peaceful atmosphere, free of traffic and pollution. The beaches are clean with soft white sand and refreshing seawater. If you heard that Cape Town has a laid back atmosphere you aint seen nothing until you come and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul in one of the most beautiful places nature has provided.
From dawn till dusk our house delivers ocean & beach views. A magnificent, roomy house in a quiet cul de sac in one of Cape Town’s most exclusive suburbs. It is just a short walk from Llandudno beach, a surfing favourite awarded Blue Flag Status. The awe-inspiring Atlantic paints a glorious backdrop and the house matches this with its furnishings and contemporary décor. The interior of Sunset Close is calm and contemporary but with great warmth. French Oak floors downstairs and calming beech floors upstairs encourage you to leave your shoes at the front door and just relax.
The pool is set right at the front of the property and from the loungers you have an uninterrupted view of the beach, out to sea and sometimes the privilege of watching whales frolic in the bay. Other highlights include the verandah with its glass frameless doors which mean you can enjoy it whatever the weather. An outside fireplace means you can BBQ and dine outside and the upstairs deck has unbelievable views and onto which all the upstairs bedrooms lead. There are 3 en suite bedrooms upstairs and a further en suite bedroom on the ground floor.
Clad in weathered wood and natural stone, this delightful home blends artfully into its idyllic hillside surroundings. As you gaze at the house from the beach it seems to grow up out of the granite rock that it rests on. Floor to ceiling glass doors slide back to reveal exceptional views that are a feast for the senses.
Listen to the waves break on the rocks, slip into the pool, relax on a lounger on the deck or gather around the cozy fire.
Inside, the house has large sliding doors that open up to the verandah & garden, so you can enjoy indoor-outdoor living. In the morning don't just pull back the curtains-slide the doors open as well and take time to just lie in bed and enjoy the scene before you.
With our housekeeper, around 3 times a week to keep the house tidy, we hope to be able to look after you well and ensure your vacation is perfect.

The house is located on the most beautiful beach outside Cape Town, Llandudno. The view is just wonderful. One enjoys any time of day at the sight of the beach and the open sea. The elevated location, there are indeed a few minutes walk from the beach, by one, however, has a wonderful sense of calm. The house is furnished with love, with large rooms and a large open living-kitchen area, a tasteful partly covered terrace. We really appreciated that the employees have supported us three times a week in and around the house. All in all we were very pleased and would not hesitate to re-book the house! A special house!
